Cancellation Policy

• If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place.

• Please advise transfer of ticket via email. Transfers can be made right up to the start of the event.

• If the transfer is made less than 1 week prior to the event, please note the collateral such as place cards & seating charts will reflect the previous ticket holder's name.

If you cannot attend and would like a refund, requests must be in writing to ashleigh@closcachet.com.au. The effective date is the date of dispatch.

• Cancellation more than 14 days before La Paulee Melbourne : 100% refund of the ticket (excluding booking fees)

• Cancellation 14 days or less before La Paulee Melbourne : no refund or credit

If the event is cancelled by Clos Cachet Fine Wines, ticket holders will receive a full refund.
